Faulty or Damaged Electronics

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not working as expected, don’t worry—we’ve got you covered.

In line with South African consumer law:

  • You can return the product within 1 month of delivery

  • You may choose a:

    • Full refund

    • Replacement

    • Repair

We’ll also take care of the return shipping costs, so there’s no extra stress for you.


If You Change Your Mind

We understand that sometimes things just don’t work out.

  • You may return your item within 7 days of delivery

  • Items must be:

    • Unused and in original condition

    • In original packaging with all accessories included

Please note:

  • Return shipping costs will be your responsibility

  • Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the item


Important for Electronics

To ensure a smooth return process:

  • Please keep the original packaging, cables, manuals, and accessories

  • Items showing signs of misuse, physical damage, or missing components may not qualify for a full refund

  • Certain products (like software, digital downloads, or opened sealed items) may not be eligible for return


Refunds

Once your return is approved:

  • Refunds are processed within 8–11 Business days

  • Funds will be returned via your original payment method

  • Delivery fees are only refunded if the item was faulty or incorrect
